Bent after 2 uses. Broke after a couple of months.

I bought this for the boy, 17 years old with spaghetti arms. He’s not that strong. He bent it after a couple of uses and after a couple of months a stress fracture appeared and the whole pole broke.

Deformed on its first use

This bag seems great in principle, but is let down by terrible build quality. The spring deformed on the first use, meaning the bag wouldn't sit upright, and the upper pole also deformed slightly, preventing us from fully retracting the top pole that locks the top spring. If Everlast can fix these quality issues, then it would be a good product, but until then I can't recommend it.

spring bended

Not worth it

Two weeks after buying the strike bag the top of the punching area fell off. To take the product back to the shop I have to empty the sand out of the base which has a opening the size of a 50c piece.

Worth every penny.

I bought this as I often train at the gym on a heavy bag but cannot always make it. Although it's quite different in use and technique it's been a great addition to have at home. The weight of the bag was heavier than expected which was great and the build is really durable. I'd recommend for anyone wanting something simple trading routines and convenient at home without having a full heavy bag set up.

Terrible product.

Lasted 4 days. Bought it on Thursday and by Sunday its body was bent, and the spring that sits on the neck was also hyperextended. the instructions were easy and we followed them clearly. However the oversell sustainability of this product did not meet my expectations and I am very dissatisfied.

Great training bag

I bought this as an alternative to a heavy bag. While a heavy bag is good and all, it limits how you train. This has improved timing, forcing you not to strike until the right moment, and allows you to bounce around to get some head movement training, as well as increasing your accuracy as it bounces around. Overall I have used this much more than I expected, and would highly recommend it as a home training equipment to add in 3-5 min rounds into your rotation.
