If I don’t want to give my credit
card details over the Internet, can I pay by phone or fax?
Rebel Sport Ltd & Group Companies does not accept phone payments however
there are many other payment options available including PayPal, Cheque and Gift
Card.

Is it safe to use my credit card
online?
Yes, it is extremely safe.

If you are not happy with your product for any reason, rebelsport.com is happy
to exchange it or refund providing the product is returned to us in its

How much does delivery cost?
rebelsport.com offers a flat rate of $10.00 for all standard products shipped
within Australia

How long will it take to receive my
order?
Delivery time within Australia is usually between 2 - 8 business days from
dispatch depending on your location.

My delivery hasn't arrived within the
expected time frame. What happens now?
If you feel that your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe then
please contact us on 1300 654 502 and we will investigate further.

All parcels are collected from our warehouse by
approximately 5:00pm each business day. It is only when all the days parcels have been collected, that
your member account status is updated to display that your parcel has been
dispatched.

Can I change
my account details?
Yes. To make changes to your account details, log-in to "Your
Account" using your current email address and password. Once logged in you are able to change your
email address, password and billing details. Simply update the appropriate fields and click on “Change” to save
the changes.

remain private?
