Order Status
Pending: This indicates that your order is waiting to be processed and charged.
Awaiting Payment Authorisation: We are waiting on receipt of your payment method, either cheque or Gift Card, your order will no be processed until payment is received and verified.
Awaiting PayPal Confirmation: Your PayPal payment has not been matched to your order; this process may take up to 24 hours (not including weekends) before being allocated.
Charged: The order has been picked and your payment method has been processed.
Shipped: The order has been shipped and is in transit to the shipping address
Partially Shipped: The order has been split between two or more dispatch centers, one part of the order has been dispatched, and the other part is still waiting to be fully processed. Please Note partially shipped orders will arrive in multiple parcels and may arrive on separate days.
Finding Your Order Status
The status of your order is easy to find.
- Check your e-mail. You were required to enter an e-mail address to set up an account; you will receive e-mails at your address keeping you up to date about the status of your order.
- Visit the website. Go to rebelsport.com and click on the “My Account” link. Once signed in you can view information about your most recent orders as well as past orders.

How is order status different from tracking information?
The status of your order is supplied by www.rebelsport.com.au, and represents what is happening with your order between the time you place it and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by our courier (AAE). Once dispatched you will receive an email from AAE containing your tracking number*.
*Tracking information may not be available for up to 24 hours after an item is shipped from our warehouse.
