When you make a purchase, you are purchasing from rebel. The order is simply being sent from our international partner's warehouse.

Products shipped by our International Partner will only be available online and will be shipped direct from their distribution centre to customers. rebel does not hold these products in Australia.

Click and Collect is not available for Online Only Fangear products as they are not stocked in stores. They will be available for delivery only.

Unfortunately Online Only Fangear products are only eligible to be sent to standard home delivery addresses.

As a guide, the delivery window for products shipped by our International Partner will be approximately 8-15 days. However, these are not exact dates and each product may have a different lead time. All deliveries will be tracked parcels, so you can keep up-to-date with its location and expected arrival.

Customers will receive a tracking link that will be relevant for the entire delivery process. The parcel may be managed via different carriers across the journey, however the same tracking number will be used. Once you have a tracking number, you’ll be able use our online tracker.

Unfortunately, you cannot change or cancel an order once it is placed. If you have made an order and changed your mind, we advise you to take delivery of the order and return it via Australia Post to get a refund.

Returns & Exchanges

All returns for Online Only Fangear products shipped by our International Partner should be done via Australia Post and follow the online return process. You will need your online tax invoice which was emailed at time of purchase.

We cannot complete returns instore.

Only refunds are available for Online Only Fangear products. We don’t have the option to exchange or replace an item with another product as we don’t stock them instore. If you would like an exchange, we advise you to return your original item and reorder the desired product online.

There isn’t a free delivery option for reorders, other than the standard rebel ‘cart value’ based free delivery promotion. Products included in this promotion are highlighted across the site.
