60-Day change of mind or exchange period
          You can return or exchange a product that you have purchased in-store or online for any reason within 60 days. Products must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition and where applicable must include original packaging (e.g. shoe box), with all tags or labels still attached.

          This 60-day return period does not apply to tailor-made customer orders, underwear (including thermals and swimwear) or socks, water bottles, food products, vitamins and health products or gift cards.

          We require proof of purchase for any return or exchange.

Click and Collect within 1 Hour
          Click & Collect is a free service that allows you to shop online and collect your order from a selected rebel store. It is available at all rebel stores, however stock is subject to availability. Orders must be collected during store operating hours.

          After your order has been placed you will receive an email or SMS (depending on what you selected as a preferred contact) confirming your order is ready for collection, along with the store details.

          The confirmation alert is sent to you when the order has been processed in full. Visiting the store prior to receiving the alert may result in your items not being ready.

Score points and save
          rebel Active is the loyalty program we offer to reward you when you purchase products from rebel. These Terms & Conditions set out the conditions on which we offer rebel Active and they apply to each rebel Active member (or you) in Australia.

          You can earn points for actual dollars spent on eligible transactions. Eligible transactions are instore and online purchases of merchandise sold by rebel, but do not include purchases of gift cards, services, donations, purchases via direct debit and other transactions we advise are ineligible for earning points in our FAQs.
