We love hearing about your experience, and encourage you to provide ratings and reviews for products you have purchased online or instore. This is a great way to share your experience, while helping other rebel customers choose the right products for their needs.

1. Find the product you wish to review.
2. Click on the ‘Write a Review’ link on the product page (just below the price).
3. Rate and review the product.

1. Tell us what you liked or disliked, we want your honest feedback.
2. Focus on the product itself and its specific features.
3. Think about what you would have liked to have known before purchasing the product.
4. If you have photos or videos of the product in action, we’d love you to submit them with your review.

1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The Promoter is Rebel Sport Limited (ACN 003 283 823) of Level 5, 1B Homebush Bay Drive, Rhodes NSW 2138 (the “Headquarters”).
3. Entry is open to all residents of Australia who meet the criteria as per clauses 6 & 7. However, employees and their immediate families of Super Retail Group Pty Ltd and Rebel Sport Limited, and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
4. The quarterly competition will run for 6 months from 01 July 2024 – 31 December 2024. (“Promotional Period”).
5. The competition will be advertised at www.rebelsport.com.au, and via e-mail.

How to Enter

6. To enter, participants must leave a validated review on the website during the promotional period.
a) follow the link to the product on the ‘review and win’ email or find the product on the rebel website, click on write a review;
b) submit a valid rating and review of the products(s), whether favourable, constructive or critical review of the product;
c) register their details including (but not limited to) email address and name.
7. For the entry to be eligible:
a) the content of the review should be relevant to the product;
b) the content posted is true, accurate and not misleading;
c) the content should not mention competitors’ websites, addresses, contact numbers or the use of inappropriate language;
d) the content does not include any personal identifiable content such as full name, address.
8. Multiple entries are permitted.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity; and/or proof of entry validity (including store receipt for purchase requirement) in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the promotion and/or Promoter. This includes, but not limited, to entrants and households using multiple email addresses, postal addresses, PO Box addresses to register single or multiple purchases. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if the Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry are of a type described in this clause.

Prize

11. There will be one (1) winners every month as outlined in Par 19. The winners will receive 1 x $100.00 rebel gift card. Total prize pool is $600.00.
12. After the winner has been contacted and prize accepted, the gift card will be sent via email.

14. By submitting any content to Rebel Sport, you agree that:
a) You are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property rights in the content;
b) All "moral rights" that you may have in such content have been voluntarily waived by you;
c) All content that you post is true, accurate, and not misleading;
d) You are at least 18 years old;
e) Use of the content you supply does not violate these Terms of Use and will not cause injury to any person or entity.
15. You further agree that you will not submit any content:
a) That violates any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination, privacy, or false advertising);
b) That is, or may reasonably be considered to be, defamatory, libellous, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing to any individual, partnership or corporation;
c) For which you were compensated or granted any consideration by any third party;
d) That includes any information that references other websites, addresses, email addresses, contact information or phone numbers;
e) That contains any computer viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programs or files.
16. Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize.
17. Each valid entrant who has entered the competition over the duration of the promotional period will be entered into the draw. One (1) valid entrants will be selected to become the winners based on the content of the review provided. The draw will take place at the Promoter’s Headquarters.
18. One (1) winner will be chosen every month for entries received for the following period:

01 July 2024 (12:00am) to 31 July 2024 (11:59pm)
Winners will be chosen on or before 10 August 2024.

01 August 2024 (12:00am) to 31 August 2024 (11:59pm)
Winners will be chosen on or before 10 September 2024.

01 September 2024 (12:00am) to 30 September 2024 (11:59pm)
Winners will be chosen on or before 10 October 2024.

01 October 2024 (12:00am) to 31 October 2024 (11:59pm)
Winners will be chosen on or before 10 November 2024.

01 November 2024 (12:00am) to 30 November 2024 (11:59pm)
Winners will be chosen on or before 10 December 2024.

01 December 2024 (12:00am) to 31 December 2024 (11:59pm)
Winners will be chosen on or before 10 January 2025.

19. The winners will be notified on draw date. The winners will be contacted by email, using the address provided when submitting the review. The winners will be requested to provide their full name, telephone number and to confirm their email address in order to receive the prize. If the prize is not claimed by the winner(s) within 7 days of being contacted, the winner’s entry will be deemed forfeited and invalid. The Promoter will choose another winner by the 20th day of the draw month.
20. Subject to any direction given under relevant State legislation, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at the Headquarters. The winners will be notified on draw date.
21. If the alternative winner fails to claim the prize within 7 days from being notified, the Promoter will not be obliged to choose another winner. And the prize will be considered forfeited.
22. The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Competition result.
23. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize.

General Conditions

24. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to cancel, modify or suspend these terms and/or this promotion in whole or in part, including, but not limited to in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Promotion is compromised, subject to any written directions from the various lottery departments and without liability to the participant.
25. The prize (including any unused portion of the prize) cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted except by the Promoter who may at their sole discretion, subject to the relevant state authorities, substitute any prize with one of comparable value if the advertised prize is or becomes unavailable for any reason.
26. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner (inc. photograph, film, and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited time without notice or remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition.
27. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize. rebel does not take any responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
28. By submitting your email address in connection with your rating and review, you agree that rebel may use your email address to contact you about the status of your review and other administrative purposes.
29. For any content that you submit, you grant rebel a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, transferable right and licence to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without notice and/or compensation to you.
30. All content that you submit may be used at the Promoter’s sole discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to change, condense, withhold publication, remove or delete any content on rebel’s website at rebel’s sole discretion or that the Promoter deems, in its sole discretion, to violate the content guidelines or any other provision of these Terms of Use. The Promoter does not warrant or represent that you will have any recourse through rebel to edit or delete any content you have submitted. Ratings and written comments are generally posted within two to four business days. However, the Promoter reserves the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission to the extent authorised by law. You acknowledge that you are responsible for the contents of your submission. The Promoter has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. None of the content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of the Promoter, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or third party service providers and their respective directors, officers and employees.
