"The majority of deliveries are made by Australia Post with an estimated delivery time between three to six business days. Occasionally we may use an alternate courier company based on the location and order size. Our couriers deliver weekdays only. If you need your order quicker, you can always select Click & Collect which is a free service and collection is available in 1-hour (please note a small number of items within our range may not be available for Click & Collect).
Yes, we do offer express shipping, however it is only available in certain areas for certain orders. Your order eligibility will be confirmed at checkout.
rebel is currently unable to ship internationally at this time.
If you have ordered multiple items, it may be necessary to source and supply the items from various locations. If this is the case, your order may arrive in multiple parcels at different times by more than one courier company. No additional shipping costs will be charged.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email or SMS from us containing your tracking information.
Once you have your courier consignment number, you can track your parcel by using the online tracking service.
Please allow a minimum of 12 hours after receipt of your order tracking email or SMS, before tracking your order using the courier consignment number.
Bulky items are typically any item over 17kg in weight, or with a large cubic volume. These item(s) will be marked as a bulky item. Items such as treadmill, exercise biks, elliptical, rowing machine, pilates reformer, home gym, racks, benches, trampoline, table tennis, basketball system; etc.
At checkout either in-store or online, you will be notified of shipping costs for your approval, these are calculated automatically by the site in accordance with our carrier partners' freight charges. Bulky items are those with either a high weight or large cubic volume. Products are allocated as bulky as determined by the shipping methods of our carrrier partners.If your cart contains bulky items and non-bulky items your cart will be calculated accordingly.
Some islands of Australia and remote areas may be exempt from bulky item deliveries. We will notify you if we are unable to deliver such items due to delivery restrictions.
At rebel, we have a nation-wide network which means we source your product from the nearest available location that is closest to you.
We access trusted delivery partners to get the product to you. Dependant on your nominated delivery address, the bulky item will be shipped by one or a combination of our multi-carriers:
Your product will be delivered to a safe and easy to access location at your nominated delivery address.
For health & safety reasons in the majority of cases this will exclude delivery of the item inside the home or up flights of stairs: unless your product is delivered as a Coordinated Delivery a service rebel offers for selected bulky items purchased and delivered by Winning Services and Install Ezi. Please have adequate assistance available to you following receipt of your delivery.
A Coordinated Delivery is a service rebel offers for selected bulky items purchased and delivered by Winning and Install Ezi.
Any change to day and / or time you request is subject to the carriers' terms and conditions. You can contact your allocated carrier directly to understand what options are available to you based on your nominated address and the delivery status.
Certain postcodes around Australia may not provide flexibility for you to change day / times due to specific day/s for delivery routes and schedules. Additionally, carriers do not deliver weekends.
If you have been allocated a Shippit carrier; e.g. TNT, Team Global Express, Smart Routing Bulky; your delivery is not a Coordinated Delivery service.
An installation service is available in selected areas and for selected bulky items including:

If you purchased an installation service and your nominated address is located in a certain postcode we may arrange multi-carriers. As an example; we may arrange delivery via a Shippit carrier and then arrange Install Ezi to provide the installation service for your purchased item. In some cases, these two services could happen on different days. We will notifiy you if we will provide two services to your postcode after purchase and before delivery.
As deliveries are dispatched from our nation-wide network, your local rebel store may not be able to answer most questions about your item purchased for delivery.
Please contact your allocated carrier as indicated in the rebel email, subject line: “rebel sports order is being shipped" for an accurate and up to date status on your order.

Within 24-48 hrs from your in-store or online purchase you will receive a rebel email with subject line "your rebel sports order is being shipped". This signals a carrier has been allocated to your delivery.
From this email you can view the carrier allocated and the associated tracking number to view online at rebel.
Please allow a minimum of 12 hours after receipt of your order tracking email before tracking your order using the courier consignment number.
Each carrier has a preferred way of communicating updates about your delivery.
Shippit carrier provides an ability to track your order from awaiting carrier pick up to your package is on the way and out for delivery. You will receive a final message stating your package has been delivered.
Winning Services and Install Ezi communicate via a combination of emails and / or SMS messaging at various stages leading up to your delivery.
In some cases, you may receive multiple carrier communication if you purchased an installation service and your nominated address is located in a certain postcode. As an example; we may arrange delivery via a Shippit carrier and then arrange Install Ezi to provide the installation service for your purchased item. In some cases, these two services could happen on different days. We will notifiy you if we provide two services to your postcode when we arrange delivery details.
