The benefits of a Base Flowball

I have had a sore knee and needed to build up the muscles around the knee. I have just returned from a three week camping/road trip and as a passenger in the car I used the ball in-between my knees and squeezed it intermittently for some of the time. The muscles around my knee are much stronger. I also used it in between my knees and did some bridges while squeezing the ball. The ball is so light and portable.

It's awesome. I have more air in mine than we do in the studio. I love popping it in the middle of my back and laying over it. Always guarantees a crack and back relief.

Good quality Pilates ball — does the trick and is easy to assembly. It comes with an easy to inflate straw (can inflate with breath) and a spare plug. Good for travel
