Flow Balls

Does what is needed. Using for knee rehab. The only complaint is that there was no instructions on how to inflate them. Then found a PLASTIC straw - hello, no single use plastics please! Straw is not effective to blow balls up and it has already split so has no longevity.

The two sizes are perfect for Pilates / gym-mat work ; supporting the back and for holding as you perform different moves. Easy to inflate / deflate with a texture that grips but is not 'sticky'. Highly recommended.
