Lacks the grip required to hold yoga poses

The grip is not great and due to its texture it doesn’t feel soft enough during the practice. They have tried to create a rough texture but it’s quite slippery for intermediate or advanced poses and holds.

Baha Super Grip 6mm Yoga mat is comfortable, provides high level of support and minimal slippage. Highly recommended, although be aware it does damage relatively easily.

Bahe super grip yoga mat

I got this as a Xmas gift . Can’t use it with bare feet as feet slip . Can’t use hands on it as ithey slip when sweaty and if you use it with runners it leaves rubbery residue everywhere. I’m very disappointed . Now I will need to get another one to replace it .

Excellent Grip For Yoga

I like everything about this mat. Its a great colour, provides excellent support and cushioning and the grip really is super. I often have issues getting a grip with my hands when doing yoga (ie; downward facing dog I nearly always start slipping). This mat has allowed me to focus more on my form and not trying to compensate for sweaty palms and/or slipping
