Basic and good for price

Basic curl bar that does the job - grip is fine, is a little rough in the hands. Need to ensure that the spin locks are super tight, as one side in particular loosens more readily than the other side, leading to it quickly and too easily slipping off the end of the bar with the weight plate desperately trying to follow off the end off the bar, which not good mid exercise Note: be aware of the bar size, whilst this may be called a standard size, the industry has differing standards, mostly 25mm and 28mm bars and holes. note that this is 25mm standard fit and whilst 28mm weight plates will fit, there will be some movement on the bar

Bar is perfect for a home gym, good quality but you need to be aware that the weights may become a little loose due to the locks sliding but this doesn't hinder overall workouts.

Great addition to your home gym

Great quality curl bar. Impressed with the grip and can fit the plates I already had at home easily on the bar (diameter of plate hole is about 2.5). Would recommend this bar to anyone wanting to beef up their basic home gym
