A very straight forward barbell, 183cm (6ft) in length with roughed gripping areas for more traction and less chance of slippage even once you work up a sweat. Suitable for use with most weight benches and great for squats there are many workouts you can do with a standard barbell. For safety it is best to always work with a spotter when using this product either on a weight bench or for squats.

I bought this to fit my existing weight plates and it fits perfectly! So far it is durable and hasn’t bent with 100kg and the spindle locks work well!
