It's never too late.

I have found these 1kg dumbbells to be just what I need. The outer coating makes them easy to handle and the bright happy colour makes me feel good when I use them. Ikg seems ridiculously low weight but when recovering fitness and having been a high achiever in the past I felt, even at 83yo, I would probably try to achieve too much to quickly and end up walking away. So decided to build up my strength gradually with a programme I can be relaxed with and enjoy. It's working and it won't be too long before l'Il move on to 2kgs. Small steps!

Adds a nice challenge to Pilates workouts!

These weights are perfect. I use them in my Pilates classes and although they are only 1kg per hand, they can dramatically change the intensity of an exercise. It's great that they aren't pink too - there's nothing girly about adding these in the abdominal series! Ouchie!! I use a natural spray cleaner from Bosistos to keep them hygienic between sessions - so far so good with that, it doesn't seem to damage the coating.

Perfect size, good grip shape and material, it does not get slippery during exercise. Excellent for anyone just starting to work with weights.

These weights do their job though the outside was slightly damaged / cracked... Fine for now but makes me wonder if the surface will disintegrate!

Bad sale advertisements and salesperson

Your sale was bad I was told I will get $30 of the marked price because I’m a member but when I went to the cash register to pay I didn’t get any discount I’ve been told the marked price is for members I feel like I’ve been tricked so I will never go to rebel again and I will tell everyone about my experience and encourage them to go elsewhere
