Great Product

This vest sits perfectly on the shoulders. A great feature is the velcro hood that sits over the weights. This keeps the wights tight and snug to your body. Brands that dont have this i find the weights move around (jiggling) a bit which can make them strain your back. Reading here some reviewers say the weights are hard to get in. If you have had vests before, you will see that they arent that bad at all. Again, because of the tight fit, it is great to have weights that dont move. Twist them in like you would turn a door knobb, and they go in easily. I set mine up in store at warriewood,. And the guys working there helped and gave me great advice. Its best you do as well, if you are concerned about getting the weights in. Great vest, great price. Sturdy, and tight but comfortable fit.

Love my resistance

The only good thing about me being at my heaviest at 100kgs was the added weight but I didn’t have the muscles to sport the weight. Now I’m stronger fitter and now 55kgs I need that extra weight. I love my vest some days I can pumped the weight right up and get a big burn or extra credit, or I can throw in a couple and still get a great burn easy as to throw on when I’m walking the dogs or taking the kids for a bike ride

Decent weight vest

Pretty comfy and good quality. Weights aren't too bad to remove and insert. I'm about 80kgs and 180cm tall I could only just make it tight enough to fit me, would be better if it could go tighter for slimmer people.
