Split wide open the first time I used it...

First session - straight out of the box - it got a massive split across the width. I was doing power jump slam / bounce / catch on a smooth concrete slab. I'm a woman in my 50's. I'm not crazy fit. My slams are not that powerful. I thought a 2kg med ball would be able to handle what I was doing, which was a pretty standard exercise?!

No, I do not recommend this product.

This produt is perfect for my rehabilitation following a knee rconstruction. I actually place it between my knees when performing ewercises.

I find this product to be a perfect size and at the correct weight when performing rehabilitation exercises following a knee reconstruction. It sits great between the knees and has enough grip not to allow it to easily drop.

Poor quality

On the third use, this 2kg medicine ball split and became useless. I was doing rotational throws against the wall, I couldn’t believe it. I would not recommend purchasing, quality of this product is not what it once was.
