Too much sand

I bought these ankle weights a few days ago and they seem good but aren't the most comfortable to wear. The weight comes from sand, which is packed so tightly that it doesn't mould to the shape of my ankles, making them dig in quite a bit. There's a continuous balance between tight enough that they dont slip around and bump my ankle bones, or loose enough not to press uncomfortably.

Very uncomfortable around the ankle

I bought these a month ago and I’m now looking for a new more comfortable set to wear. The weight is good but the actual pieces are too chunky and presses on my ankle bones and makes my ankles sore. The weight itself is not an issue it’s how they sit around my ankle. Good for short bursts of exercise but not great to leave on for longer periods.
