Strengthening the core with Celsius Ab Wheel Pro

It has been my goal to purchase the wheel ab to complete even just one roll. For someone with absolutely no core strength I now can complete 5. Go figure!!

I have limited experience with an wheels. The one that I had purchased is thin enough to force my body to focus on stability throuout each rep. The handles (so far) are comfortable and have not warped due to use. The price of this was significantly less then some of the other ab wheel. If you’re new to this kind of core work a wider wheel might be easier, however, if you’re looking for a cheaper sturdy product to get the job done this has been great for me.
