Really happy with quality of the balance trainer. Able to use in many ways to work multiple muscles. I like that I'm able to change the bands as I get stronger.

I bought this balance trainer to work on strengthening my core muscles after having major surgery 5 months ago and needing to focus on improving my posture and coordination. This is helping me a great deal to focus on those areas. It was so easy to put together within a few minutes, just inflate, clip on the straps and your ready to go. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good balance and core trainer.

I selected this product as I have used a balance ball (different brand) at physio treatment and found it useful for increasing ankle strength, stability through undertkaing balance exercises. I found the Celsius Balance Trainer through an online search and found the price much more affordable than the one at the physio's office. I have found it is not quite as springy so does not provide as much challenge through flexing of surface. However, it still good to undertake a range of exercises.
