Does the job.

I use a Bosu with my trainer, this one is pretty similar, probably a bit smaller. Though I would have thought it would have come with paperwork showing some exercises to do on it. And I just hope that I've blown it up enough, as there was no advice as to exactly how high it should be. I've used it 2 days now (not using the handles) and it does the job. I'm happy with my purchase.

Great purchase

I purchased this based on a celebrities work out regime, silly I know! With that said, it has worked amazingly and really assists with my work out and helped me learn new exercises. Great addition to our at home gym!

Good quality and versatile

Purchased for my Autistic son to use for his physio. Very easy to manoeuvre and use as a balance board. Quite solid and has a good weight, not flimsy at all. It is used by multiple members if the family of all ages and weights.

Was exactly what I expected, good quality, it’s great! The only thing I personally don’t like is the bulky feet on the base, which get in the way when using it upside down.

Noticed a difference within a week.

Ive been suffering poor balance and core instability since I injured my back a few years ago. This was bought for me by a physiotherapist daughter and using it daily with some online videos, I have noticed a difference in my balance and strength within a week.

Provides great workout options. Arrived fast. Would have given 5 stars if it came with comprehensive instructions including how much to inflate. Had to just google Bosu balls to find that out and see what exercises to do.
