I have had this bench for about 6 weeks now. Very impressed with the quality everything has stayed solid and has not required any re-tightening. Plenty of adjustment, a very large bench compared to the flat bench. Seems very stable, I was concerned that it may not be as stable as other options. However, I have been proved wrong. The worst part about this bench is stubbing your toe on the base. Putting it together took a bit of time as well. I have used this bench for bench press / Incline, dumbbells and bodyweight exercises such as decline Russian twists and sit-ups. Works great for all of it. The gap can be rather large between the seat and upper section when laid flat but again for a $400 bench, I wouldn't expect this to be any different. On a $800+ bench you can get a no-gap FID bench but I don't believe that cost is worth it for me at this point. Definitely not a big issue just requires using the right part of the bench when laying down for a bench press or similar. Would buy this again in a heartbeat.
