Won't be able to perform a proper bench press

Way too narrow. Everyone who's written a good review for this product is either only doing close grip presses or they just don't know what they're doing at all. This is not designed right! Seriously how did this design get a pass to sell in stores? Obviously no experienced lifters tested it out. I'll just stick with my old school bench and dumbbells until the gym reopens.

Absolute garbage

I highly do not recommend buying this item as the rack is not in the right place, I had to reach behind my head to grab the bar and the weight holders are also in the position where you would put your hands to perform a comfortable chest press. The seat is not low enough to the ground making it hard to be steady when exercising making this item garbage

Too Long, Not Wide Enough.

I purchased this item online. I was disappointed with the purchase as the item had been promoted as a 'Standard Weight Bench'. This gave my the impression that it would assemble to the adequate specifications of standard equipment that I might find in a public gym. I am 174cm tall, however the bench was too large for my body height. Sitting on the seat and laying down, my eyes did not line up with the bar and my head was about half a foot out of alignment from the bar. When I shifted my body up the bench my rear end would be sitting between the seat and the back rest and was uncomfortable. Furthermore the width of the Rack was quite narrow. When gripping the bar, the outside of my hands would touch the inside of the rack. This made re-racking difficult because I had to navigate the bar carefully into the rack; otherwise, my hand would be pinched between the Bar and the Rack.

This is by far a terrible bench press the stands are way to close that you can't even grip the bar properly I don't know this item is selling for that much

Shocking.

Too narrow, causing shoulder issues when benching, as unable to grip the barbell in the desired location without having to adjust after removing the barbell off the support. Do not buy.

Don’t expect commercial grade bench in $300

Pros- Sturdy bench, easy to put together and the bench does have fairly well incline and decline angle. Cons- There are definitely some flaws in the design such as The bar holders are too narrow forcing you to literally crush your hands or do a narrow grip bench press. The leg extension is wobbly and foam is not great quality as well. Bench is too high as well so most of the people can’t touch their feet to the ground. Even the bench doesn’t go in 90degree angle so you cant do any dumbbell press exercises etc. Bottom line- It gets the job done for its price i.e. $300 including delivery (even though the delivery took 15 days) but Celsius definitely needs to work on the design.

terrible design

I am 100% sure the person who designed this has never used a bench press in their life. The stands are way way way too close together to use a proper grip, you are stuck with a tiny grip when using this bench. The actual seat itself is not even level and is way too high off the ground. If you really want to do bench press go to a gym instead or spend some more money to actually get a normal one. This is such a disappointment and waste of money.

Safety issue

Rebel sold bench presses like this not long ago Every time you unrack the weight the support/bar underneath the bench unhooks or pops itself out, causes you to drop while holding the weight which is a safety issue! Everything screwed tight which is why I don’t understand why it would do this??? My advice would be go and buy benches from other stores.
