Great fitness mat for home workouts

This mat is great quality, it’s thick enough so your back is well supported when doing exercises on your floorboards/ tiles etc. Would highly recommend.

Having some back issues I was looking for a thick exercise mat. This mat does wonders, it is great for my back, it is confortable and easy to roll up. The elastic tie double as a handle, overall I am very happy with this purchase

Not so sturdy

This mat's a great size and does make exercising at home more comfortable. I do have concerns about its durability - my Nikes tore through the surface of the mat on its second use, and the carrier has also damaged the end of the mat. Be careful using it on smooth surfaces as it can slip around while you're doing vigorous exercises like burpees. Maybe it's the universe telling me not to do burpees...
