Great skipping rope

Soak in boiling water for three minutes and then stand on it and stretch to take out the kinks. The rope length is adjustable by pulling off the black cap at the end of each handle. Inside is a clip to thread through the rope which takes some strength.

Good skipping rope - recommended!

This is a nice skipping rope at a very reasonable price. The handles are comfortable to hold, and the rope spins smoothly. I have been using it daily for over a month and it seems very durable. I previously had the basic Celcius skipping rope, but this Deluxe one is much better and well worth the extra $6 compared to the cheaper model.

Do not buy this rope

This rope broke after four uses. No way to reattach the rope to the handle, and no way to adjust the handle to be shorter. Coupled with the postage, this was a huge waste of money (and now landfill).
