60 yrs young and can skip up a storm

It was a wonderful experience. Getting ready to ride my motorbike around the world . I realised after completing lap of Oz single female at 60 I need to keep fit and mobile so having a skip when I jump of the bike is perfect cardio work out to keep my back, hamstrings stretched also use it for stretching.

Skipping rope quality is poor

I skip every day. These skipping ropes wear out very fast. I am constantly buying new ropes because the material is too porous & literally wears out while you are skipping

Difficult to adjust

Good skipping rope but it’s difficult to adjust the length. I’m 163cm tall and it is just slightly too long for me

Best rope iv tried

Great skipping rope! Super durable and not light and flimsy. Once i worked out how to adjust it it seemed so obvious but instructions for that would have helped alot haha.
