Adjustable rope for beginners

I bought this ages ago however, I didn't use it as much as there were no instructions on how to adjust it. I finally figured it out! You have to un-screw the bottom of the handles, and there are stoppers that allow you to adjust it up and down the rope (I will say it's harder to make it longer again), so do it in small increments to prevent the struggle. Feed the rope back into the handle and it should stop where you have adjusted the stopper to, screw the bottom of the handle and that's it! Hopefully this helps anyone out!

Great adjustable weighted rope

Great rope, weight can be removed which is good. To those who’re having trouble adjusting the rope, you need to unscrew the plastic on the tip of the rope by pulling the inner plastic piece out. It’s difficult to pull apart initially so keep trying. Once you pull apart, you can then adjust the length and cut off the extra length. See photo below. Hope this helps

Gets the job done.

Rope itself could be a little heavier (the weight is in the handles), but otherwise decent enough quality for the price you pay. Easy to adjust length via the screw cap ends on the handles. Can use with or without the weights inside.

Good Weight, smooth motion.

The Rope is a good weight in the handles. The rope arrives longer and may be adjusted in the handles. A simple unscrew of the end, release of the end piece on the rope, and you can adjust the length. The weight is nice, and skipping rotation is good.

Great rope for this beginner

Great for beginners. The weighted rope gives you confidence in the swing and speed really quickly, allowing you to almost forget about it and concentrate on your form. Packs a punch if it hits your toes though, so don't skip barefoot!

Keeps Breaking

We've had this rope for around 15 months now, first time it broke was around 3 months in, subsequently taped it up. It has broken a further 3 time since. Piece of crap. It gets used 2-3 times a week for around 10min
