Worst roller I have ever used in my life

Unscrews as you roll, doesn’t actually get deep enough to relieve tension. Is honestly a workout in and of itself to try and get it to work.

Handy multi purpose roller, better than foam

Interesting roller that doubles as a piece of workout equipment for mild activities the variation in lumps and bumps is helpful while you can also use it for some very basic core/balancing work.

The lifted base allows for slightly easier rolling however sometimes adding too much weight on it can cause the base legs to topple over so you will need to use a little caution.
