Worst substitute for a reformer bed as possible

The char is very stiff to use, no matter how little there is tension in the springs. The chair is unstable even when set up properly - the spring snap shut very quickly. I would not recommend this chair at all. People who need these types of chairs to exercise safety (eg not electrified in any way like a treadmill) will find this chair too cumbersome to use. I purchased it because of lack of space at home for a reformer bed, but it is difficult to set up different modes of exercise - I am familiar with using a reformer bed and this doesn't replace it.

Fabulous chair for home office! Love it! Can use my legs whilst I am sitting, and as it has not back to slouch into encourages good posture. Feel much stronger after using it now for a month! Highly recommend for this purpose or as part of a home gym! Was great too that no assembly was required. Sturdy and very comfortable piece of equipment

Good for a quick workout

Had this for a few months and it does an okay job. The springs aren’t easy to change quickly and can be a little noisy so I only do a group of exercises at a time. The tension is a bit inconsistent, either too easy or too hard so it takes some practice. For the price, I’m happy for now!
