Bulky and Hot for my Small Wrists

Wrist cuffs - a bit bulky for my small wrists. But I expected that. - makes my wrists overly hot and sweaty within 30 seconds. Cleaning Instructions - not on packaging. - not online. Grip and Support - very good when my trainer secures them tightly to my wrist and around the barbell for me. - not as tight and secure when I do this myself Durability - can’t comment yet Unable to locate cleaning instructions.
