Great mat for hard floors

I absolutely love this mat. Working out on tiles, it has solved all the problems I experienced with other cheaper mats. It is dense enough to protect my damaged knees, doesn't get slippery when sweaty, doesn't stretch when holding yoga poses or weighted squats and sticks to the floor so that I feel safe and confident that it is going to stay in place so I can concentrate on my workout. Highly recommend :)

A little thicker than other mats I’ve had and longer. I find it very comfortable to use, with good grip and easy to pack up. Looks great too.

Hands & Feet Kept Slipping

Used for yoga. Great look, size and thickness, and really protects the knees. However not fit for purpose as my hands and feet kept slipping, which made it quite dangerous. Could probably use it with grippy socks but hands would still slip. Won't be using it again.
