Celsius Soft Therapy Roller 90cm is really easy to use and is fairly soft - great for super sore muscles. If you're used to rolling after a work out, then I would suggest getting a firmer foam roller. It's very soft - I was able to cut the foam with a finger nail, but not to the point where its damaged or unusable.
