For any woman looking for a weighted vest to help with bone density, this couldbe a good buy. It's well made, good padding at the shoulders and adjustable waist straps, and best of all has 10 removable 800 g weights so you can vary the weight of the vest. Would also be good when adding weight for running/exercising.

Worth the buy

Bought this for myself to wear while walking + running and I love it. Super comfortable with thick padding and good quality material, and it feels very secure around your upper body. The weight feels evenly dispersed when wearing which helps a lot. I also love that it has a pouch at the front, and the weights are adjustable. Not too expensive either so it was definitely worth the buy for me.

Brilliant weighted vest bought as a gift for my mum. It’s a bit hard to do up and getting the weights in and out is harder than necessary.
