YBell makes weights easy.

This is a surprising product - I am late 50s and never been much good at weights and the YBell has changed my life - really! It's two handed operation allows you to work out as never before. I loved it so much I have bought a second L sized one to grow into.

Good but not great/$$$$

I like it and the app it comes with, but I don’t want to pay for more workouts, especially a subscription. I don’t think that’s fair at all, it’s already cost me $70 to have the weight, now they expect me to pay extra? I’d rather have a gym membership, it would be cheaper and I’d have access to more. Unless you want to pay more, this isn’t the best weight. But if you’re okay with the two free workouts and know PTs who can help you, then go for your life!

Multipurpose weights for limited space

I'm really loving the multipurpose use of these Y bells. Makes working out at home just that bit easier especially when I'm spending alot of time at home. Comes with a month of Online training programs but they're a little challenging for me. Happy to make my own workouts. I went with the M set and I'm 177cm and overweight with weak upper body strength. They're probably just right for me, maybe just a touch too heavy.
