Versatile replacement for a Kettlebell

I use this YBell in place of a kettlebell for injury recovery/prevention and rehab for a shoulder injury. It does the job as intended, it is easier to store than a kettlebell and is much more versatile due to its design. It can more easily be used two handed as well as single handed. Highly recommended as an alternative/replacement for a kettlebell due to the hugely increased versatility.

One of the best weights I've ever used so far

This bell is very versatile. I usually work overtime, so by the time I get to my local gym...those gym classes will be finished. What I do is to use this bell and follow some fitness YouTube Videos. You wont have to go to gym anymore. Just gym at home :)

Versatile device that caters to exercises of various levels at home. Lots of youtube videos online to help you get started. I did my first set of exercises and it took me 3 whole days to recover, but felt so good to have done it!

Easy to use

I bought the Ybell on the 22nd June 2019, and I love it. However as s beginning using weights 4.5kg for an XS (lightest weight) is still way too heavy for someone just starting out. My suggestion would be to maybe start off with 1kg like other weights

A well designed product

Very versatile, combining multiple types of equipment in a single item. Economical in terms of cost and storage space. Can be safely stored off the ground as it won't roll. Comfortable to grip, non slip surface (appears to be durable, only owned about 1 month but it has remained intact so far) and good design. Numerous videos online demonstrating training ideas for this product.
