Was quite surprised the difference it made

Bought it yesterday and the difference it makes in vibration transfer and bag movement is amazing, I didn't think these shock chain setups would make such a difference. Swivel is also extremely smooth, hung my approx 40kg 5ft bag fine and no longer hear vibrations through the steel beam. Only thing i'd warn about, unless the beam/hanger you're hanging off is very tall, this will cause your bag to be too low. Didn't affect me as the beam I hung off is approx 10ft up

Must have kit for boxing bags.

Good heavy duty kit. Easy to install and definitely reduces structural vibrations. Installation instructions would help but easy to workout with a little common sense. I'd recommend this for any home gym.

Real happy with this purchase. Works a treat. Young fella loves it. Looked at the Everlast material heavy bag hanger but happy we went with the chain set with the spring and the swivel.
