A heavy bag you can punch with all your might!

It's a heavy bag and you can punch it with all your might without hurting it. A solid addition to the gym, this heavy bag is a good end to workouts adding some cardio and endurance to the aerobic side of things. It is a very solid bag. You can easily do heavy bag work with power punching to build technique and strength or speed work with jabs and crosses to really burn the shoulders and lungs after lifting. It doesn't complain.

Great bag for the price

Good size and weight. I haven't tried a full workout with it yet because it was bought right before a major move, but I got a few hits in and like how it feels. Seems durable enough too, definitely an updated from the last one I had (don't know the brand to compare).
