The stand itself is great it holds my heavy bag which is one of the heaviest you can buy only thing is the stand was missing a few bolts and washers when putting it together so had to go out to get some

the speed bag component is good, but the heavy bag stand is just way too cramped. you barely have space for the bag to swing and if you want it to swing then you gotta punch it sideways in an awkward position since the feet of the stand gets in the way

Not a bad product, the only dodgy thing was the speed ball, the timber is to weak. Had to get some larger washers and bolts to fix the problem

Works ok.

You need minimum of 20kg each side to stop it falling over, especially if your kicking the bag. The swivel for the speed bag doesn’t work, you’ll need to buy the everlast one separately. Also for the speed bag to work you’ll need to hit it latterly. There’s too much movement in the back board when hit from either side, taking momentum off the ball.

Great stand, easy settup and great stability. Only negative is it’s a little short for my 6’1ft hight with the bag attached

Have owned for almost a month. Works great so far, and looks great in the gym. Fairly straightforward to setup. It took me an evening to build.

Great for your at home gym

This stand is perfect for any at home gym set up, especially renters as this isn’t fixed, all you possibly need is some weights to keep it anchored down and avoid movement. I love that it has the capability to also add a speed bag also. Very happy with this purchase I highly recommend.
