Very good quality bag

Very good quality bag that provides an enjoyable boxing experience. Nice bounce back after punching. It is just high enough for me at 195cm tall. Don't bother filling it with water, go straight to sand as it moves too much with water. Still moves a bit with sand, but this is not a major problem.

Defective item. Needing action.

Product is se defective as water seeps out of the gaps everytime thr bag gets punched/kicked, and I have put in an email to customer care requesting a solution.

Took 160kg sand to fill, water didn't really hold it sturdy enough. Was easy to put together and is great in my small patio area.

Everlast freestanding punching bag

I was looking for a freestanding combat dummy to replace an old freestanding bag I had, but this Everlast one is about 1/2 price of those. Easy to assemble, just be sure to grab a few bags of sand from Bunnings ($10 per bag for 20kg) as that is way more stable than filling the base with water. If using it outside on a tiled area like I do, place it on some sponge floor tiles and you're good to go. Sturdy bag for punches & kicks - very happy with the purchase.

Great choice for a freestanding punching bag

Very functional bag which requires minimal space, no drilling holes into walls and can conveniently be moved if required. Great option since I could not get to the gym. Fairly simple to assemble and set up. I used sand to keep it stable (put the sand in bags first so you can take a couple out to lighten if you need to move it around). The ability to adjust the height is a great feature as multiple household members can use it, even the kids. Seems well made and durable. The "power transfer ring" means it is flexible when hit and absorbs the impact. But I would not say this is for the professional fighter, more for at home fitness. When comparing its features to its price, I found it a good investment.

Did not meet expectations

Filling base with water insufficient to stop movement. Given box depicts a large muscled man unleashing a massive punch I thought it not unreasonable to expect it would withstand a 60kg woman. Packaging said water or sand as filling but didn't want to haul bags of sand up stairs only to find that didn't solve problem. I took it back and exchanged for a better model.

Great product. A little more flex than i expected but you can hit it hard and have the freedom to move around it well with no stand in your way. Excellent value for money.

awesome boxing bag

I love the free-standing bag it handles my punches and even kicks. The one thing i have done to make it more stable is to have sand and water in the bottom so it doesn't move.
