The swivel isn’t as good as my cheaper last one.I think because it hangs a little lower.Getting a better one.

Strong & sturdy speedball mount

This is a strong and sturdy speedball mount that is easy to install. It's much better than the plastic one that comes in the Everlast speedball kit. The only thing to be careful of is the vibration can cause the screws and bolts to become loose. Replacing the washers with split washers fixed this and was cheap and easy.
