It's bad. If you're actually thinking about getting into boxing or kick boxing, don't get this bag. It's very light, so when you hit it bends back very far, meaning you cannot just do a jab, cross. You have to jab, wait for it to come back, and cross. It's reinforcing bad habits. Probably fine for a child but it is advertised as a freestanding punch bag which it is not. It's very easy to kick or hook it over or move the bag so out of the way you have to wait for it. Wish I spent a bit more on a heavy bag.

My son got this for Christmas, the lady at Rebel told him it included gloves and wraps when he bought it, and thats why it was more expensive than the one that had on display, but when he got it home and opened it, it did not include anything. He was very disapointed.

Bought this for a Christmas present and although it had a small hole in the box when I picked it up, the girls said it was all good. However upon opening on the 1st of January we have discovered all the screws etc are missing so we can’t even assemble the base

Great bag for preteens

I bought this for my 11year old son. It was easy to set up, and after 4 weeks of use we are still very happy with it. He uses it in his bedroom, which is on the small side, with no difficulties.
