Fitbit versa4

After using less than a month, color of the back is faded. After a long discussion with staff in store and they said they need to check online to be sure they can exchange it, they asked me to come back next day with the box. In fit bit website says 2 years warranty but staff told me they follow their own website. This was a bit strange.

Awesome smart watch & tracker

Great smart watch. Upgraded from a Garmin & the Fitbit has been better than I could have imagined. Almost exactly like an apple watch, but on a budget. I love it!! I have taken calls on it, paid at the checkout with it, and of course tracked steps, activity, heart rate & sleep. Its reminders to move are way less aggressive than other brands. Very easy to set up. It holds a long charge considering the workload it ubdertakes. A great watch/fitness tracker all rounder.

Rubbish

I upgraded from the versa 2 to the versa 4 and let's just say the versa 4 is completely rubbish compared to the 2. There are a lot of times the screen doesn't work when u touch it to swipe/move the screen. Which I found restarting it helps but doesn't take long for it to do it again. Annoys me that u can't press the button to turn it off. Also when ur doing an activity that screen and vibrate to notify u that ur doing it pings me off to, and I haven't found away to turn that off. Battery is rubbish, some days it last a day and others nearly a week, but there's no difference to be making the Battery be any different. Some days the charger doesn't even charge or takes a lot of time to get it to. Used to love fitbits but after this one I'll look for something else as this watch is rubbish.

Great Watch

I got this for my birthday last year and so far I have loved it, although the battery life is not great, my watch is less than a year old and the battery is lucky to last 3 days instead of the week they said it could last up too. One day it went down 40% and I did hardly and physical activity. Other than that its great watch and helps we in many ways with my fitness.

Fantastic watch, highly recommend

It's a fantastic watch, I love all the features included especially the 6 months free premium fitbit subscription and the workputs on the Fitbit app. I've been struggling to lose weight for a long time now so this is the motivation I need 🙂
