Ribbon drawstring makes top bunch up

The ribbon is threaded onto the base of the top, like a drawstring, which means it bunches up and doesn’t stay neatly wrapped one layer over the other like it is supposed to. There is no need for the ribbon to behave like a drawstring, the purpose of the ribbon is merely to hold the wrapped layers in place and to add a nice bow feature at the back. Therefore it is neither functional nor very attractive, which is important as an item of dance wear. The brand needs to update the design
