Paid $40 for the store ball, no support reply

I purchased this online and have been sent what appears to be the in-store ball they use for demos etc. It was inflated (which is no problem, as it was a Christmas present), but it is very worn and has discolouration near the inflation spot. I contacted the support team on 23/12 and have heard no response. I want an exchange, fingers crossed I hear back soon!
