Helmet fail - doesn't stay on!

Didn't seem to be deep enough to actually stay on my 4yo's head. The adjustable strap sits too high on the back of the head so doesn't actually sit underneath the nape of the skull. Fail. Returned it (to a very rude store manager).

I bought this helmet for my daughters 2nd birthday and it was her favourite. She wouldn’t take it off. She loves wearing it - there’s no forcing her to wear a helmet which is a great win for me.
