For Hydration while working out you can’t go wrong

I have used a lot of hydrate tablets in the past and have found then to be insignificant and didn’t work. The Gu Strawberry Lemonade Hydration Tablets taste great and do the job of substring any hydration I have while working out.

Easy to use. Sweet taste. Light fizz if you let it sit for a few minutes. Only downside is you can’t split tabs without them breaking.
