Taste great and really easy to use - clean and no fuss especially at the tail end of a 100 mile ultramarathon when you are dog tired. I swear by them when I am not swearing by them.

Effective and they don't taste gross!

Get the job done and inoffensive taste which is great. Quick acting too - was cramping up in the middle of a trail race, realised I hadn't had enough electrolyte and downed a bunch - cramp settled within minutes which was amazing!
