I have man hands

I've been using these for a few weeks and it's worked well. Combined with bicep and wrist curls these will add significant strength and size to your wrists and hands. You can feel the muscles working when you use them correctly.

great challenge putting em on the chin up bar, hit a stalemate with upping barbell weight? put these on for a month took em off, upped the weight no problems, so much more grip strength....on "crappy wrists" too

slippy on pull-up bar

I bought it a week back. I tried it on both door pullup bar and free standing pull up bar.. It is sleepy on both.. I can't even hang onto it.
