Overlays and hotmelts are removed on the knit upper to leave a lighter, more comfortable upper with a plusher heel and streamlined tongue. That fit lets runners focus on the balanced comfort of the responsive new foam midsole, that balances plush comfort with that springy response needed when you start to pick up the pace.
