Soft and Tuff!

The soft feel, yet tough surface of this mat makes it really nice for all manner of exercise activities. I use it for skip rope work and deadlifting... Go figure!

I am not able to review because I paid for installation and 2 week's after I am still waiting for a finished installation. Treadmill and mat is partially installed but not working.
