Buggy mess

Terribly buggy earbuds. ANC fails weekly, requiring a factory reset via the app and to be paired to the device every time. ANC quality is average at best, not worthy of the price. Sound quality is okay, passable. Only redeeming feature is the IP rating for my use case, but that does not negate the poor experience I have had with them.

Avoid to save being eventually annoyed

It does not matter how good these did sound or anything else positive as just like all the others experiencing the same issue, my right ear bud has completely stopped working. Unable to charge or even tell if being charged. Have followed all suggested steps to fix and nothing works. 100% avoid this product and for now all JBL wireless headphones until they rectify this known fault.

Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. With our JBL Reflect Flow Pro, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

Not always functional

Always having issues with pairing, left one often doesn't work/pair properly and the charging connections in the case don't always make the right contact which mean sometimes they don't charge.

We appreciate your feedback. To balance the volume level of both buds, make sure the buds are properly inserted into your ears. Cleaning the ear tips is something that should occur on a fairly regular basis. When wearing in-ears, because of the seal that is created, our ear canals can get moist and develop dirt and debris. Check the balance control on your source device by going to the "Accessibility" settings; As well as the balance control on your music player app. You can do as well to connect your headphones to a different device.

Meh, not worth the price

I waited to do a review on these, so I bought them a year ago and honestly I don't think they're worth the price. They won't stay in my ear I have switched the sizing components multiple times, one of the earbuds goes in and out, I don't think they're designed for people who work out

Great sound.

I have had these earbuds for a couple weeks and they have awesome sound. Everything you want is there in the sound stage. The only thing I would say I do not like about them is the noise canceling, as it doesn't work that great in a loud room. The headphones also work great with Siri and Iphone calls.

The sound is ordinary and they continuously pause the music, got a good seal but they keep disconnecting, if you want a good earbud, this ain't it.

Low reliability

I bought two JBL Reflect Flow Pro devices a half year ago, one for my brother and a second for myself. Unfortunately, both devices have issues(( 1. My earbuds have an issue with position and functionality. The bug with functionality is that music can stop when you just turn your head left/right or go fast. When I disabled all functionality in the Android "JBL Headphones" application I faced another bug(( If you turn left/write your head you will hear "device connected" words even if it was connected and plays music. 2. My brother left earbud just stopped charging. The right earbud works perfectly without any bugs. The sound quality and battery life are excellent, but due to low reliability, I couldn't recommend them for purchase.

For the charging issue, we recommend cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and the charging case as charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts.
