There is no warranty for plastic, it doesn't even

Hello, I bought this item 7-8 months ago. They were used for no more than 2 months and the plastic broke where it connects to the headphone. The warranty does not cover such damage. Be careful when buying JBL headphones.

I bought these a few weeks ago, very pleased, good sound, good bass and comfortable. I didn't but total noise cancelling. I also bought a hard case for them both in Blue 💙 great sale and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase

There are connection problems, crackling, crackling all the time, and disconnection sound from time to time, so I decided to return it, I prefer to use T460BT, old but perfect headphones. Only battery is good.

First, while the unit is not plugged into a power source, power cycle by pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds to see if the unit will unlock. The sound quality has significantly reduced after doing a software upgrade on the JBL app. They no longer sound as loud and clear as before
